Thank you for shopping with IdrisCrafts. This Shipping Policy explains how we fulfill and deliver orders for the Dual Dua Car Hanger and other products sold on our store.
FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Every order includes free standard shipping. No minimum purchase required. Shipping costs are included in the price you see at checkout — there are no hidden delivery fees from IdrisCrafts.
We ship to most countries worldwide. If we cannot ship to your address, checkout will not allow the order to be completed.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
During busy periods (holidays, sales, or high order volume), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you by email if there is an unusual delay.
You will receive:
• An order confirmation email immediately after purchase
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves our fulfillment partner
Please allow 24–48 hours after the shipping email for tracking to show movement.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times below are estimates from the date your order ships — not from the day you place the order. Total time from checkout to delivery is typically processing time plus the ranges below.
• United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 10–18 business days
• Middle East & Asia: 10–21 business days
• Australia, New Zealand & rest of world: 14–21 business days
These are estimates only, not guarantees. Actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on your location, customs processing, and the carrier.
On our product page, you may see a projected delivery window based on today’s date. That window is an estimate for planning purposes and may change if processing or transit takes longer than expected.
TRACKING
When your order ships, we email a tracking number and link. You can also check order status by contacting us with your order number.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. If tracking has not updated for several days, the package may still be in transit — especially for international shipments. Contact us if there has been no update for 10+ business days after shipping.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, or other taxes charged by your country. These fees are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.
IdrisCrafts does not collect customs or import charges at checkout. If fees apply, your carrier or customs office will contact you before delivery. Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed, and we cannot refund orders that are returned for unpaid customs.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please enter your full, accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers and a reachable phone number if requested by the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by:
• Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer
• Packages refused or unclaimed at delivery
• Local carrier access issues (gated communities, business hours only, etc.)
If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we may reship it after you confirm the correct address and pay any reshipment costs, or we may issue a partial refund minus handling costs at our discretion.
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing idriscrafts123@gmail.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has shipped.
LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged:
- Email idriscrafts123@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description.
- Include photos if the package or product is damaged.
If tracking shows no movement for 15+ business days after shipping, or the carrier confirms a loss, we will replace your order or issue a full refund — see our Refund & Return Policy for details.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, natural disasters, carrier strikes, holidays, or other events outside our control when the order is still within our stated delivery window.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Most orders ship in one package. In rare cases, items from the same order may ship separately at no extra cost. You will receive tracking for each shipment.
