Refund & Return Policy — IdrisCrafts

We stand behind every Dual Dua Car Hanger we sell. This policy explains when we offer refunds, replacements, or returns.

CONTACT FIRST

Before sending anything back, email us at idriscrafts123@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply within 1–2 business days with next steps. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


ELIGIBLE FOR FULL REFUND OR FREE REPLACEMENT

We will refund or replace at no extra cost if:

• Your item arrived damaged (broken beads, bent pendant, etc.)
• You received the wrong item
• The item is defective or materially different from what was described
• Your package was lost in transit (after the carrier investigation period, or if tracking shows no movement for 15+ business days)

To qualify, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

If approved, we may send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to return a damaged or incorrect item unless we ask you to.


CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

We accept limited change-of-mind returns under these conditions:

• You contact us within 14 days of delivery
• The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
• Original packaging is included when possible
• You obtain return approval from us before shipping

For change-of-mind returns:

• Return shipping is paid by the customer
• We do not refund original shipping (shipping is free on our orders, so this applies if any paid shipping was used)
• A refund is issued only after we receive and inspect the item

Items that show signs of use, hanging in a vehicle, smoke odor, or missing parts are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.


NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, accident, or normal wear
• Orders where the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Packages marked delivered by the carrier to the address on the order
• Requests made after the time limits above
• Minor variations in bead finish, calligraphy alignment, or color that are normal for this type of product
• Delays caused by customs, weather, carrier backlogs, or other events outside our control, when the order is still within our stated delivery window (see our Shipping Policy)
• Buyer's remorse after the return window has closed


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We may ask you to check with neighbors, building staff, or your local carrier.

If tracking shows no delivery or the package is confirmed lost, we will replace or refund once the carrier case is closed or after 15 business days with no tracking updates.


REFUND TIMING

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Replacements are shipped after approval. A new tracking number will be sent by email.


PARTIAL REFUNDS

In rare cases we may offer a partial refund (for example, a minor cosmetic issue you prefer to keep). This is at our discretion and must be agreed in writing by email.


CHARGEBACKS

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at idriscrafts123@gmail.com. We resolve most problems quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and can result in your order being flagged for future purchases.


CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy at any time. The version on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.
